The Secondary Market continues to
tighten up: On 100% investment (residential) property loans, the secondary market continues to
tighten up - especially in respect to "combo's" which utilize a 2nd mortgage as
part of the financing. $100,000 minimum loan amount (some exceptions allowed).
Stated Income/No Ratio 100% loans are still available but severely restricted.
