Mortgage pricing has weathered the storm and while Treasuries remain weak, MBS coupons have actually improved somewhat since the lowest prices of the day and are now down by .250 on the day.   This has been holding for the last hour so you could or have received reprices for the better.   3.69% is the current yield on the 10-year TSY and 3.70% has proven to provide sufficient support.   We will be watching how the last two hours of trading shape up and keep you posted on any material changes.
